Advocacy
Iowa radio and television stations are proud of their exemplary public service and work hard to serve their local communities. A top priority for the IBA is to advocate on behalf of member stations in Washington and at the Iowa Statehouse. We meet with members of the Iowa Congressional delegation and state legislators to educate them to the issues facing Iowa broadcasters and urge them to protect the ability of radio and television stations to continue serving their local communities.
