Dr. LaDrina Wilson, founder and CEO of Iman Consulting, is a Leadership Trainer and Coach, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, Professional Development Speaker, and a highly sought-after community leader and advisor. She is deeply committed to inspiring true inclusive leadership and was recently named, 2024 Woman of Influence by Quad Cities Business Journal, one of QCBJl’s 2023 Influential Leaders in the Region and was named QCBJ’s 2022 Most Influential Leader in the Region.
She has a true passion for fostering authentic conversations and has led the development of Iman’s approach to creating tailored diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives that effect change. Her service and her executive leadership have prepared her to meet the needs of diverse industries that seek to grow their leadership pipeline and improve their inclusion practices. She has experience working with sectors and industries that have included corporate, public sector, 501(c)3 and 501(c)6 non-profits, philanthropic organizations, higher education, and regional health systems. In addition to her professional pursuits she is a passionate criminal justice reform advocate and a sports enthusiast.
LaDrina earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Iowa State University, Master’s in Education from Western Illinois University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Advertising from Northern Arizona University. She currently holds executive leadership roles with the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce as its CEO, Quad Cities Community Foundation as its Vice Board Chair, and the Regional Development Authority as a Board Member.
