Arminda got her radio feet wet 20 years ago in the non-traditional revenue side of the broadcast media world and was immediately caught up in how many people it takes to make music! Her true love of relationships with everyone in my path, and she means literally everyone from co-workers to clients, took her from just selling NTR to managing all things digital (back when digital was the brand-new and vast wild western frontier) for my local Clear Channel five-station cluster.
Inspired by the manager who brought her into the business, Arminda left radio to strike out on her own and learn more about leadership by running her own successful leadership development company, eventually transitioning her skills back into the face-to-face relationships that make the most difference. She launched an executive leadership coaching practice that she still runs today.
She is also happily back in the broadcast media world, only this time on the recruiting side, and having more fun than ever using the 20+ years of human development experience. Arminda currently lives in a house on a hill and looks out her window at the Appalachian range all day long while building relationships from Roanoke to Rancho Cucamonga.
