| Jobdescription | NRG Media, LLC has a rare opening in its corporate office for a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor to oversee the centralized payroll and benefits administration for 250 employees in 10 locations across the Midwest, with remote workers in other states. This individual is responsible for the day to day management of the semi-monthly payroll process that includes hourly, salaried and commissioned employees; HRIS system and records maintenance, benefits enrollment and maintenance, payroll taxes, audits, garnishments, workers compensation and unemployment coordination. The successful candidate will work with local market business managers and general managers as well as the corporate accounting and human resources teams. Requirements The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience with payroll process management in a multi-state environment, with 3 years' benefits management, including retirement benefits. They will be detail-oriented, organized and analytical. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is necessary and experience with Paylocity is desired. |
